kaleidoscopes of life....

shining sun across a drop of rain,
brought a kaleidoscope of my own...

hanging dreams on branches of trees,
sunny lives ,fragrant breeze,
swirling winds,flailing waves,
whispering grooves,whistling caves...

stepping upon those dusky rays,
crooning melodies in husky tone,
shining sun across a drop of rain,
brought a kaleidoscope of my own...

dark clouds layered atop
peeping sun amongst roaring clouds,
sky is filled with colorful kites,
attached to threads of cheering crowd...

far away in the distance,
children dancing on some lovely tones,
shining sun across a drop of rain,
brought a kaleidoscope of my own...

water running down the streets,
children running behind paper boats,
i am celebrating the joy of life,
living the moment,writing this note...

a echoing sound of passing train,
adding to ninth symphony,
perpetually drizzling rain...

through Rose tinted kaleidoscopes
from dusk to dawn,
shining sun across a drop of rain,
brought a kaleidoscope of my own...

I fired kaleidoscope of my imagination and these are the colors that i have seen or experienced in my life, my country....where seasons are celebrated and life too....

hunter and the hunted!!!

footsteps on a hard,
sun beaten path..
in and out of forest,
up and down
,rocks and grass,
there lies in wait!
a blood thirsty beast,


eyes green with envy,
licking its teeth,
blood red tongue,
a wide snout,
bone crushing jaws,
disfigured mouth,
pearly white canines,
curled inside,
angry grunts,
claws to strike..

limps at hind quarters,
mangy and greedy,
it sits in wait,
ambush its prey,
dark in color,
darkened soul,
maneater beast,
on the prowl...

passing through forest,
unaware travellers,
kills them to have a feast,
it has a territory,
doesn't like to be tresspassed,
man,cattle or prey,
nothing lasts..

it marks its prey,
hiding behind,
stalking them,
all this while ,
till they are unwary,
tired or afraid...
pounces on them,
bites on the neck...
swiping at hide,
trickling blood,
send it into frenzy...
those long white canines,
deep into the vein,
spray of warm blood,
on its face...
trembling of body,
beating of heart...
a fightback in vein,
makes it even mad..
assures it,the prey is dead,
it carries it off ...
off the trail,
into the deep, dark cave...
where it sits in peace,
takes a breather...
growls with satisfaction,
eats at leisure....

it can't be killed,
it resides within me...
i captured it,
but i can't set it free...

i am the traveler,
that forest is my life,
i try to hide in varied forms

but it finds me every time...

my alter ego,
turns to beast every time,
i fail in life..
it hunts me down every night,
or in broad day light..
it has become dominant,
over my original self...
i need someone to care for me,
please i need some help...

i am the hunter and the hunted!!!!

The Sun is shining twice as bright,
are you back in town!!?
I woke up with a thought and smile,
are you back in town!!?

day is spent,engrossed in your thoughts,
wishes flying high in the sky,
imagining, kissing you again,
while lying on beach,
on  a dark starry night..

warm easterlies and a low tide,
are you back in town!!?
your dreams, gingerly, woke me up tonight,
are you back in town!!??

tuberosa blossoming in my garden,
to guide you in the dark,
rains smell like fragrant wine,
and an overwhelming heart,

longing thoughts yet a sudden smile!!
are you back in town!!?
yes, i can feel, you smiled for that while,
are you back in town!!??

every heart beat is,knock on my door,
a gush of wind ,you walked across the floor,
i could hear you, calling my name,
gently floating on a breeze that came,
yes,i miss you like i miss my life,

are you back in town!!??

my confessions,your regret....

my blood has dried,
blackened my eyes,
tears washed that kohl 
all over my face,
yes, in the sun,i smile,
but i cry when it fades...

my body is deprived of rains,
my soul is devoured by pains...
more i walk close to end,
further i move, to change,
my start ever again... 

yes i try to defy,
because i have been denied...
my dream,my hope ,my ambition,
my love,my desires,my life...

i never gave up,
i never protest,
you put me through
difficult to worse to worst,
to bring out my best!!?

now i have lost hope,
i will not care,
now i don't believe in you,
now you don't dare...

i wanted to be simple man,
to help other's while i can,
you forced me to break down or bend,
now your honour,i won't defend...

i am now,on my own,
i will do what i want,
all that's right,all that's wrong,
i'll make you regret,
such i will become..
